Durante las crisis sistémicas, donde la tendencia es a la suba de la cantidad de desempleados, se pierde capital humano (CH), entendido como conocimiento sobre una especialidad por parte de los trabajadores. De la misma forma, al surgir incentivos para que los trabajadores se cambien de industria, es decir, en el cambio de posición de un trabajador, también se pierde CH. A nivel individuo, cuando se deja de practicar una labor, la memoria de corto plazo comienza a olvidar. Sabemos que en la memoria de largo plazo sigue vigente, pero frecuentemente es inaccesible. Si el CH contribuye significativamente al crecimiento económico de una sociedad, entonces,  ¿cómo podemos conservarlo?. From my customer experience, can tell that I have found massive and homogeneus goods with errors. It was evident the mistake when I tried to change the product (under warranty) and the new product had the same error. Going further, all the series had the same problem. An hipotesis about this situation, could tell us that if we find an unobservable error in a massive product (something that exceed quality controls), then all the serie might have the same problem.

En la actualidad observamos el desarrollo de un nuevo mundo. A las realidades física e imaginaria, se le suma la realidad digital / virtual. Internet, es un medio de expresión, comunicación, transacción y contemplación, entre otras funciones, que cala hondo en la sociedad y naturaleza de hoy.
